Our online ordering system is a simple, safe and secure method for you to easily purchase exceptional educational materials. The "Cart Status" panel located in the top right corner provides you with a running total of your purchases and allows you easy access to our online ordering system.

For your convenience, we have provided a "Printable Order Form" link located on the left navigation panel or at the bottom of this page. Just print it out, fill in the information and mail or fax it to us. You may also pay with a Visa and Mastercard and save 10% on your purchase. Using our secure PayPal system (no membership or account required), just follow the instructions, submit your order and you will receive an email confirmation. You can expect delivery within one to two weeks.

Schools and other educational institutions are given the option of ordering online then receiving their order with an invoice.

Shipping Services
Shipping and handling charges are calculated at $3 Cdn for one resource in Canada and $4 for one resource in the US. For two or more resources with a value up to $300, shipping is calculated at 6% of the purchase price with a minimum of $7 Cdn for orders shipped to addresses in Canada and 7% with a minimum of $8 Cdn to addresses in the US (orders over $300 are calculated at 3%). Additional charges may apply for maps and charts. We ship by Expedited Post in Canada (ground service) and Air Mail outside of Canada.

Most deliveries are received within two weeks of purchase.

Return Policy
We guarantee your satisfaction. Within 30 days of receipt, if for any reason your order is unsatisfactory, please email or phone us with the details (digital resources - CD ROMs, software, downloadables, etc - and videos are not returnable). If a return is in order, it must be with the original invoice and be in saleable condition.

Pricing
Pricing information is shown in Canadian dollars. Canadian customers are charged 6% GST on the total of the transaction (including shipping charges). No other sales tax applies.

The security of your credit card and personal information is of the utmost importance to us. Pacific Edge Publishing uses state-of-the-art, secure payment processing techniques to safeguard your confidential information. (You may use the security features of your browser software to see this implementation.) Payment can be made by VISA, MasterCard using our PayPal system (you DO NOT need to be a member or have an account with PayPal). All credit card orders receive a bonus 10% discount (does not include downloadables).
